Format: 10-page fillable PDF, instant download, free. The worksheets calculate live in Adobe Acrobat and most desktop PDF readers. If your viewer doesn’t calculate, use the Quick Charts or print and fill in by hand.
A note on the numbers: balloons-per-foot figures are common industry rules of thumb, not guarantees. Build a one-foot test section and adjust the buffer to match your own technique.

FAQ
How many balloons do I need per foot of garland?
Organic garlands commonly use about 10 to 17 balloons per foot, built from larger structural balloons plus 5" fillers. The workbook’s Light, Standard and Full presets cover that range.
How many balloons are in a spiral arch?
A common guide is about 6 balloons per foot of 11" balloons in a four-balloon-cluster spiral arch. The workbook includes classic, mini and jumbo arch presets.
Does it include a buffer for popped balloons?
Yes. The default buffer is 10%, and you can change it for outdoor or beginner builds.
Can I change the numbers to match my own designs?
Yes. You can edit the buffer, bag sizes, bouquet recipe and prices. The balloons-per-foot presets are listed on page 3, and the Quick Charts show the results.
Why doesn’t it calculate in my phone or browser?
Some browser and phone viewers don’t run PDF calculations. Open it in Adobe Acrobat on a computer, or use the Quick Charts on pages 4 and 5.
Is the workbook really free?
Yes. Enter your email and the PDF downloads instantly.
